Spring Check-Up:
- Install gauges and check operating pressures.
- Check voltage and amperage to all motors.
- Check air temperature drop across evaporator.
- Check for adequate refrigerant charge and possible leaks.
- Lubricate all necessary parts.
- Check belts and adjust tension.
- Change or clean air filters (provided by customer)
- Check compressor contractor contacts.
- Check all wiring for loose connections.
- Clean and adjust thermostat.
- Check that condensate drain is clear.
- Check complete cycle of operation.
Fall Check-Up:
- Check and adjust thermostat.
- Clean and adjust safety controls.
- Check burners and control (gas).
- Check operating pressures (heat pump).
- Check temperature rise across furnace.
- Check for gas or freon leaks.
- Check air filter (provided by customer).
- Check belt and adjust tension.
- Check fan control.
- Check and adjust gas pressure.
